Exactly one week ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl that I believe has had many partners. 60+. We only had sex once but the very next day my throat started closing up and I began flu symptoms with a stuffy/runny nose. And now after a week the congestion in my nose is much better but my throat has gotten much worse and I can feel 1 lymph node that doesnt hurt in the middle of my neck and I also have a pain in the top of my neck under my jaw line although I dont feel a node there. Is one week too soon for me to be having symtoms? I have been very concerned about this and Ive also noticed I've been loosing weight and havent been feeling hungry lately.
