Do I have a STI? (Pic)

Hey guys. So I was a virgin before I had sex with this girl, and we've had sex three times now. The first time was 3 weeks ago, the second time last week, and this third time 2 days ago. She isn't a virgin, and has slept with 4-5 guys, but hadn't had sex for a few months before me. After the first two times, I didn't notice anything unusual. After the last time though (couple days ago) I noticed these little red bumps on the sides of my shaft and at the base of my penis the next morning. Here's a current pic (taken 2 days after we had sex, and don't worry, can't even tell it's a penis): http://imgur.com/03QKSR5

Should I be worried? Thanks.

See a Dr, can't really say what it is, but you would be at risk for STD's.

Was sex protected?
Overall skin issues can be many things often not a STD, but you would have to see a Dr.

Oh and one other thing, just today I developed a sore throat. Don't know if it has anything to do with it though.
