Do I have an STD? PLEASE HELP.

I have redness and tiny red bumps that aren't noticeable unless looking closely. The redness is just in 2 small spots on either side of my vaginal opening. I've googled many different STDs and STIs, but I'm not sure if my symptoms are consistent with any of them. I think it looks like thrush, but I'm not having the itching inside my vagina. The places with redness are sensitive to touch, there is a burning sensation, and also when urinating. I clean myself, but do not do so more than once a day. I want to be tested, but do not have over $200 to do so. Also, I do not think I have had any unprotected sex, but I really can't be sure since the last time I had sex I didn't even know what was happening. So unprotected sex is very possible. I've had the symptoms the last few months on and off. Please help. Thank you.
