I had a one night stand in March, received oral and used a condom, 1 week later I had unprotected sex with partner, 1 week after that I developed painful urination.
Went to clinic for test and was given 2 pills of I think Azithromycin.  Symptoms cleared up for a day or 2 but reappeared.  Went back to clinic 1 week later, all test were negative but they didn't test for trich and was given 2g Flagyl for Trich.  Symptoms cleared up and stayed that way for 3 month where I did not have sex.
Then I had sex with partner and exactly 2 weeks later again I developed symptoms.  Went to clinic again, all test were negative, was given 2g Flagyl for trich again cuz they could find any discharge to test.  This time my symptoms did not disappear.  Very Concerned what this could be?  Please Help.

Hi Without a white or gray puss discharge it would not be std related but possible an injury from constant checking and pulling looking for things. Puss discharge is the symptom of std,s.
