Do I have an STD?

In November 2010 I had sex with this guy but it was protected sex, but he gave me oral sex obviously without protection. December 2010 I started having unprotected oral sex with my now-girlfriend. Around march 2011 I grew two sores, one on each side of my labia minora. The first week it burned when I tried to pee and I could barely walk it itches so much. I was so uncomfortable. After the first week all symptoms went away.  I continued to have sex with my girlfriend. July 2011 I had sex with the same guy from November, this time unprotected. He gave me oral sex again also. I continued to have sex with my girlfriend and to my knowledge she had only been having sex with me. The sores never went away but they never bothered me. I forgot about them completely. Two weeks ago my girlfriend and I broke up. I had unprotected sex with this new guy, but I told him not to nut inside of me. He pulled out quickly and I asked why and he said because he did not want to nut inside of me. My girlfriend also had sex during this time, she claims it was protected, but she did give him unprotected oral sex. My girlfriend and I started having oral sex again last week, but Monday, my sores started getting worse. They have gotten harder and my vagina has this fishy smell to it and I dont get wet(in an aroused way) anymore the way I used to. My period is late and at the beginning of the week I had bad stomach pains. They were different from menstral cramps though. I'm tryna wait another week for my period,, because it usually comes at the end of the month, around this time.. I'm scared the sores are an STD or if maybe I got pregnant from the last guy's precum, or maybe its something the first guy gave me or my girlfriend, Im so scared. My girlfriend went to planned parent hood the other day, and tested negative for HIV, so it isnt that. She says she got an STD test but the results have yet to come back. Whatever she has, I also have right?  Because she was the most recent person i've exchanged bodily fluids with by having oral sex? I told her that i dont want to have sex again until she gets her results back. She doesnt know about the sores. PLEASE HELP. Im only 15 if im pregnant my mom will kill me and if I have an STD, i dont know what I will do with myself. I hope it isnt cancer or anything, I have no idea what to think, PLEASE HELP.

you need to be seen within the next day or two for proper exam and basic testing.
