Do I have candida?

Hi I'm a 20yr old male who has never been sexually active. I have for the past four months experienced skin irritation mainly in my genital area, but other parts of my body as well (arms, chest, legs and feet) I have never seen any visible sores or bumps. Recently the skin on my scrotum has had dry flaky skin in patches. It has been a burning itch for the past months. :(  I have also been experiencing what appears to be urinary infections on and off. Although I have had them since childhood. The itch doesn't seem to effect the shaft of the penis. I have also on and off had dry irritated lips and mild thrush symptoms. I have been tired and get regular head aches. Can this be Candida or Eczema or is it something worse?

I saw on the internet that there is a controversial "Candida Spit Test"
I tried it and seemed to test have all indications of Candida

Any input and advice is welcomed, Please help
