Do I have gonorrhea?

Hi I am from Colombia and I am depressed from worries about STD.  In Colombia there are many prostitues and about 6 months ago, I met several prostitutes.  I got tested about 3 months ago, and found I had chalmydia.  My doctor gave me some pills, which I took according to instructions.  However, my doctor here in Colombia would not test me for gonorrhea, saying that it was unnecessary since i did not have symptoms for gonorrhea.  Even if I was infected with gonorrhea, he said it was impossible to test if i did not show any symptoms such as yellow discharge, etc.  So my first question is, is the doctor saying the correct thing?  If I am asymptomatic for gonorrhea, is there no way for me to get tested for this particular disease?  

My second question is as follows:  8 days and 5 days ago, my prostitue addiction flared up again (I am ashamed of it) and I recieved blow jobs and and jobs from several prostitutes.  Luckily, I did not do any penetration.  My penis was itchy for three days one day after the second visit.  Then today, I touched my left cheek and noticed a big bump there.  There is no pus, it is just one big bump.  It does not hurt, adn it is just the color of my skin.  Could this be herpes?  Thanks,

My third question is, how long should i wait to get tested?  I am researching some posts her and the consensus seems to be 6 weeks.

you have new symptoms so you should go and be seen and have them properly evaluated.
