Do I have syphilis?

During last month, after I've donated blood, I've a letter saying that I was positive for syphilis with reaction to IgG. My doctor told me to do some exams and the results where no reaction for VDRL test and 1/80 for TPHA.
After some searches I can't sort out what does these results mean. I have already an apointment with my doctor, but I'm a little bit intrigued with these results.

Thanks in advance

Hi igg tests only show antibodies which would indicate a past exposure but the second test confirm you dont have an active infection. It may have been a false positive.
