Do i have anything to worry about?

I have over the last couple days noticed 3 or 4 whiteheads popping up around the base of my penis. I am not very sexually active and have only had sex with 2 women both of which are clean. They appear to look exactly like whitehead zits you would find on your face and i can pop them the exact same way. Also, they all seem to have very fine hairs growing out of the pores. I hope its just a clogged pore, but im kinda nervous about it. Should i be concerned and does anyone know what these are? thanks
