No way. That response is based on theory only. There are NO reported cases, anywhere in the world, of anyone catching HIV in this way. Move on without worry about it. And stop searching the internet about it. You'll always be drawn to the frightening information and will miss the reassuring parts.

I believe you but i asked  that question from yahoo answers and i got this

"The only way to contract HIV is through DNA and ingestion of some kind into the body from an infected host. Considering the vomit was dry, I don't think you'd get it by touching. However I'm unsure why you didn't wash your hands before consuming other things unless you're calming you ate the vomit. In the case you did, yes it's very possible to contract through vomit. HIV isn't the only thing you should be worried about catching when not keeping personal hygiene."

What do you think.. Am i infected??

No. The take-home message for all your questions in this thread and others is the same:  without unprotected sex or direct sharing of drug injection needles, you will never be at risk for HIV.  Nobody ever gets HIV by contacting the virus in the environment. You don't need to keep asking about such trivial exposures; the answers will always be the same.

Deal with your anxiety disorder -- that's the only important health problem you apparently have.
