Does Herpes Burn EVERYWHERE?

I had a small spot between my groin and belly button on my abdomen about 15 weeks ago - picked at it and turned it into a small rash right in my waist line that eventually healed in about a week.  No pain, itching, or burning at all.  

6 weeks ago it came back in the same place and same size.  This time it healed again in about a week - but I have burning pain that comes and goes everywhere around my waist and down both legs, lower back, stomach area, etc.  

No genital blisters/sores at all.

What do you all think?

Herpes lesions can occur anywhere in the entire boxer short area - not just on the genitals. Considering you had it and it came back in the same spot - it's worth seeing your doctor and pursuing a more thorough work up.  

This could be many things - from allergic reaction to skin infection  etc - only an exam and testing from your doctor will help you get to the bottom of it.
