Does herpes cause you to stool amounts of blood?

Well me and my boyfriend at the time were just fooling around and did some anal sex. Like a couple of months later I found that my anal region was in pain and that I was growing sore bumps and was stooling large amounts of blood. As of right now, I don't think I have any out breaks but I am stooling blood really bad. And to be honest, the doctor I had said he THINKS I might have herpes. So he took a test of my blood and all but never got back to me. I only had one out break and that was the last for now but does that mean stooling blood is a symptom of herpes?? I kinda firgured too much self-pleasure was the problem because I did it almost 2-3 times a day and forever.
