Does his medication affect me? Oral sex

The guy I am seeing is taking medication for anxiety and also for insomnia. As a result I noticed his ejaculate tastes different since he started the medication.

I know with nursing mothers certain meds can be passed on to an infant. Granted, infants are more vulnerable to side effects given their immune systems... but is there any way his medication could affect me? I swallow and I haven't noticed any change, but wanted to be doubly sure...

I don't know the answer to your question; sorry.  A good resource is to go to the web site(s) of the manufacturer's of your partner's drugs.  You might find the information there; alternatively, there will be phone numbers where you can call to learn what data exist, if any, on penetration of the drugs into semen or other genital secretions.  Having said all that, even if the drugs appear in semen, the amount would be far too tiny to have any effect on you, unless you happen to be allergic to the drug(s).
