Does this mean I dont have HPV anymore?

In December 2009 I was told I have an abnormal pap and HPV high risk. In January of this month 2011 after getting a recent gyno visit the doctor sent me a letter saying my pap smear was normal and congratulations. Does that mean the HPV cleared up?

typically you are not tested for hpv with a pap unless you have an abnormal pap result. find out if you were actually also tested for hpv or just had a regular pap.

They did not tell me about my recent visit. But the 2009 visit they were sure it was HPV.
