Intermittent mild urethral discharge probably is persistent nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), which is not dangerous in any way; the symptoms probably will fade with time. Most such cases probably are simply the body's ongoing reaction to a previous infection.  There is no danger whatsoever to your health or that of any future sex partners.

Your specific questions:  1) No that doesn't sound like herpes; most red bumps on the buttocks are simply mild folliculitis (pimples).

2) Painless discharge almost certainly isn't herpes, especially for discharge recurreing every few days.

3) Almost zero.

4) Probably nothing is wrong.  Occasional testicular discomfort without swelling or severe tenderrness rarely means anything.  Again, an exam by a health care provider could tell for sure.

5) Maybe, can't be certain.  If you decide to get yet another opinion, the best approach is to see a health care provider when you haven't urinated for several hours--preferably overnight, if your bladder can handle it, with an early morning appointment--so s/he can examine you for discharge.  Also s/he may request a urine specimen, but only the first tablespoon or so of urine.

6) Your symptoms do not sound at all like HIV and your risk for HIV is essentially zero.  Your negative HIV test already proves you don't have it; yet another test now (3 months) would confirm that.

You are much more concerned about this than necessary.  Nothing bad is going on.  Try to stop obsessing about it.

I will let the doc answer most of those, but as far as the HIV is concerned, I wouldn't get too worried.  OK, she was/is a pro, but from what I have read, even if you have unprotected sex with an HIV+ individual once, the odds are only about 1% of getting it after one time.

About 2 weeks ago i had sex with some chick and the condom ended up ripping. we ended up still going at and everything like that.  I went and got an aids test just to check that out but my question is i have a pimple thats not really on my lip but below it and i checked the inside of my lip and there was sordof some pimple there but it was small i popped it and its pretty much gone. i dont really know what these herpes look like or how there supposed to feel and i dont know if im just freakin out
