Doxycycline after unprotected sex

Hi, I had unprotected sex with a girl I picked up a few weeks ago. After the event I was so worried that I started taking 2x100mg of Doxycycline each day. I had this medicine left over from a trip to asia as it is also a malaria drug. I have now been taking it for 11 days, even if I had caught Chlamydia or Gonorrhea would the drug have cleared it up by now. I have had no symptoms. also would this have cleared up any syphilis infection that I may have picked up.

You should never self medicate.  You don't even know if you had any STD

And to add to that, doxycycline does not treat ALL std's
