Doxycycline for Gonorrhea
Ive been on doxycycline for 3 1/2 days, and the discharge has not gone away at all.. may have even worsened. My vagina hurts excruciatingly every time I pee. How long till the pain and discharge goes away?
did you have a full exam done also? did they see any signs of genital herpes? did they also test you for other vaginal infections too?

The reason you are in pain is because Doxy is not treating your Gonorrhea. You need to go back to your provider and make sure you tested positive for Gono. If you did, they need to treat you with another medication called Ceftriaxone (Rocephin).
