Drunk night

I bit someones ear during a little scrap no blood that I could see but you never know.  I did brush my teeth before we went out any concern to test for any std or would I need a sore in my mouth?

doesnt the blood enter through the mouth  mucus membrane and put risk for hiv and hep b or c.  or do you need a sore in your mouth and why thanks
