Dry-Humping

I had an encounter with another man with an unknown sexual history. I did not plan or want anything to happen but we ended up lying next to each other in our underwear and there was a bit of dry humping and rubbing although very little. Our genitals rubbed through the underwear. I had some pre-cum, and I could feel he also had some, so basically it went through the underwear (both sides). As far as I can gather there is no chance of getting HIV, but what about STD's? Assuming that some pre-cum reached my genitals?

Thank you kindly in advance.

Much appreciated. Any additional comments by other users would also be welcomed.

Kind regards

It is no risk, to start the pre-seminal fluid would not have been enough to cause any transfer, it would also have no entry point and does not travel through things like underwear.

Sorry, I forgot to mention this was a man to man encounter.
