'Dry humping' and risks

About 2 and a half months ago, I engaged in an episode of "dry humping" or "grinding" with a woman. (I am a man). The woman had her underwear on the entire time, as did I, but for the sake of argument and this question, let's assume that my penis was exposed through the fly of my boxer shorts.

In the 2 and a half months since the incident I have had no symptoms. The other night after receiving fellatio from my girlfriend and then masturbating myself to ejaculation, I experienced burning upon ejaculation as well as upon urination directly afterwards. I would like to assume this burning was due to some lotion possibly entering my urethra, but I don't know. Have had no real burning since...have been having a little discomfort here and there, but I have been hyper-vigilant since the episode...so I suppose it could be nothing but anxiety magnifying my sensation?

With the "grinding" episode I described and taking the timeframe into account, what are my chances for having contracted gonnorhea (Gonorrhea) or chlamydia from this encounter more than 2 months ago? Would it be possible to contract these if the woman's underwear was wet with vaginal secretions and my exposed penis rubbed up against the underwear? Should I just not worry about this encounter and move on? Would you say testing would be recommended?

Thank you for your time and patience.

No STD can be transmitted through clothing.  Further, a 2+ month delay is too long for symptoms of urethral infection.  Whatever is causing your symptoms is unrelated to that event.  To use your own words, you should "just not worry about this encounter and move on".

And your advice would be the same if my penis was exposed?

Yes, unless there was actual vaginal penetration.

One more follow up if I may Doctor..

I went to the urologist today due to my history of prostate infection - I believe an infection could be causing my symptoms. I mentioned that while we're at it, can he check me for STDs - he took some urine and said that my urine did not contain any pus cells, and so therefore, I should be free and clear of STDs - gonorrohea and chlamydia. Would you agree with this assessment? Thanks.
