Dry semen?

My boyfriend makes me get rid of his semen from inside me (I'm on the pill) straight away, due to some kind of health risk to me. I was just wondering if there was a risk to letting semen stay inside when neither partner have STD's? I wasn't aware there was a health risk... I know that most people don't like the feeling but was unaware of an actual risk to my health from 2 healthy individuals.

Talk to him and find out what "health risk" he is talking about.

If he does not have a STD then it is not a health risk. And why would people not like the feeling?
