Due to all the different incubation periods for the STDs, after what week to test for all of them?

I saw a list on the web with different incubation periods for the STDs some are few days to few weeks and some are few weeks to half a year.  Does anyone know what is a good time after the questionable sexual encounter is to test for all the  STDs?
Thanks

You can test for most std's after a week. You'll need to wait a full 3 months for hiv and hsv testing.

Not sure if you are male or female but there isn't a commerically available test for hpv for males and they don't test for external genital warts in females.

www.ashastd.org has a full list of std's and how to test for them and when.
