Eczema skin and syphilis

Is a skin with eczema more vulnerable to syphilis, HPV or herpes?

No risk. Not syphilis.

There wasn't one.  I've only had protected sex.  But there is a single red bump on my thigh on a hair follicle. And I'm worried it could be a chancre from skin to skin contact during protected sex.
