Epididymitis and Chlamydia

I was diagnosed with Chlamydia about a month and a half ago and was treated and cured. About two weeks ago i developed testicular pain and symptoms of epididymitis and i saw my doctor and sure enough I had epididymitis. I am taking doxycyline and ciproflaxacin now and am wondering does having epididymitis mean that i still have chlamydia in my system? Or is epididymitis somethin that can occur soon after (or just become noticeable) i was cured of the chlamydia?

Epididymitis can occur unrelated to chlymida or could have occured because of chlymida. The chlymida would be out of your system with the medication. So now it is just treating the epidi.
