Escort encounter. Risk?

I had a lapse in judgement and saw a masseuse / escort a couple days ago. Fortunately, I kept my boxers on through out the experience. She was completely nude. She 'grinded' / humped on me for a while before I came. My question is, what is the risk I may have contracted an STD, provided that my (thin) boxers were on through out? I am quite concerned.
