Excessive masturbation and Urethritis

I went to my doctor today after experiencing discharge again after testing negative for chlamydia and gonhorreia. I got tested for every STD in the book as well as HIV. On the diagnosis sheet he put i may have Urethritis. I looked up Urethritis and it said common cases for Urethritis in teenagers (me) is excessive masturbation. Well i can certainly admit i excessively masturbate, so do you think this could be my problem?? And i now understand i'll have to delete all the porn and calm down hahaha. Also how is the treatment of Urethritis done?

Urethritis isn't caused by masturbation, unless you just have some irritation.  It won't cause bacteria though.
