Exposed to any STD?

Two days ago I went to a strip club and had a lap dance. I did ejaculate but she didn't touch me anywhere near my penis...my clothes were all on and none of the semen penetrated through my pants. She just basically sat on my lap and used her knee at times. No skin to skin contact occured there. I was wondering if I could be exposed to any std because she did touch her vagina area and put her finger over my lips and mustache. But I don't recall if it was more than once and I don't think her fingers were wet. Also my lips are chapped, dry and my bottom lip has peeled skin. I have a bad habit of biting and licking my lips, and at times accidently bite the inside of my mouth while chewing. My lips weren't bleeding or split to my knowledge just dry and cracked. She also did press her stomach and breasts(these were dry) in my face and licked my ears. I was just wondering what are the risks of these activities if any do exist? I woke up and had a small pimple on my stomach this morning but it just looks like basic acne and I squeezed it. I have read about std exposure from body fluids or other contact without an actual sex act. One site will say one thing...another will have a different opinion. Should I be concerned?
