Exposure to Risk??

I posted the question earlier and I dont see it know.

Pls tell me whether rubbing pennis on breast, nipple and upper body part of a lady posses any risk of any STD transmission? I was rubbing my pennis on her breast nipple and chest with out any condom. Can STD be transmitted from her breast, nipple or chest?? My pennis was smeared with oil while I was rubbing, I am worried because my pennis is burning a little.
