False Negative Gonorrhea Possible? Excess Discharge

I recently got a pap which came back abnormal, I also tested positive for Chlamydia but negative for gonorrhea (cervical swab test was used).  The doctor treated me with Doxycyline and I got retested via urine test about 3 weeks later by the same doctor.  The test came back negative but because i was so paranoid the doctor prescribed azithromyacin.  The day i took the azithromyacin i threw up (a small amount of liquid) about 2 hours after taking it.  Unfortunately, I still have excess discharge (no smell, no burn, just more than usual).  How likely is it that I had a false negative test for gonorrhea?

Also, about a year ago I had BV and since then I have had an increase in discharge, it doesn't smell and I have no itching, burning, etc. I don't see a lot of discharge in my underwear but I see it drop into the toilet sometimes when I use the restroom.  The doctor ran tests and says I do not have BV nor do I have a yeast infection.  What scares me is that I know it's different than before I had BV.  I also don't get the clear elastic discharge anymore, it's just a consistent thicker white discharge.  Does this mean i'm infertile?  Please help, my stress levels are through the roof and it's definitely taking a toll on my body.

we gals can have changes in our discharge as we age as well as at different times during the  month.  If you aren't having discharge frequently but it's enough to plop into the toilet, it very well might just be mucus due to hormones since everything else is coming back negative.

thankfully chlamydia is very easily cured with 1 round of antibiotics. your throwing up 2 hours after the azithromycin isn't an issue, it was already digested by then. you never needed that dose anyways and your provider should've talked you out of it, not given into your paranoia!

continue to follow up with your gyn with your discharge when you have it to try to see if it is hormone related or not. You might even want to journal about it to see if you can spot a pattern to it.

Probably yeast from the medication even with those tests. But you need to follow up with your Dr also.

I can't say if your infertle, you need to talk to your Dr about that.
