Feeling after unprotected oral sex

Hi,

I had unprotected oral sex on Thursday night.  From asian massage parlor, wasnt expecting her to give me oral.

The next day I had a burning sensation in my penis.  I now am freaking out.  I feel hot flashes in my pelvis area or mid section.  I see no rashes or anything on my penis.  What is going on?  Do I have STD?  I feel warmth in my lower back right now.

Please advise.  I am with my girlfriend this weekend and need to know what to do.

I have an area of my penis that looks different.  It's the bAse of the penis and looks like some skin is missing.  Two small holes.

Since you have a girl friend you dont want to expose her to any stds so you should test before being sexual with her for her protection.
1. Gono and chlamydia---5 days post
2. syphilis----6 weeks post
3. herpes----3 months post.
