If my partner and i are in an exclusive committed relationship and are both clean, can we safely engage in anal and oral sex, only with each other? What about unprotected sex?

Have you both been tested?  Your tests should include gonorrhea, chlamydia, ngu, syphilis, HIV, hep a and b (if you aren't vaccinated), and herpes.

If its been 3 months since either of you have been with anyone else, you can trust those results.

You can't be 100% sure you are std-free (better term than clean, which implies someone with an std is "dirty"), unless you test.

If you've tested, and have waited the appropriate time frames, then yes, you can have sex safely unless one of you steps out of the relationship.
