Foreskin got Really Red , and then .....

I need some help in diagnosing what happened/ I could be dealing with.

I am uncircumcised,  and about 3 weeks ago, after having unprotected sex , the right side of my foreskin got swollen and really red ( and just the right side only .... I have no issues with the left side of my foreskin ).
Well, I am thinking I either hhave a bad reaction to a product she uses in the shower .... maybe a body wash or shampoo, as we both have taken showers together as wll, and I'm thinking that maybe I just didn't wash it off well enough , and I developed a allergic reaction to it. Or, I'm thinking that she had a yeast infection ( she had yeast infection powder in her bathroom counter ) and that maybe I got an irritation or infection from her having a yeast infection ..... some mornings after we have had sex , I never showered and just went straight to work.
So with me being uncircumcised and her possibly having had a yeast infection at the same time .... maybe I too got one and or a bad reaction to having it stay on me all day without showering and washing it off.

Well, the selling went down , and tthen what happened was that it hurt to pull the skin down ( when erect ) and due to me pulling the skin back to wash it  ..... it tore some of the skin ( like a cut ) and I have been putting anti-fungal. Cream and neosporian on it ever sense .  Any idea what this could be ?
