See many other posts about the near-zero STD/HIV transmission risk associated with cunnilingus. And no STD is transmitted by kissing, with the rare possible exception of syphilis. (HSV-1 can be transmitted by kissing, but in that setting isn't considerd an STD.) The chance you got HIV from the exposure you describe is nil.
But as I have said many times on this forum, a negative HIV test likely will be more reassuring than my words. Go get tested for HIV and, while you're at it, syphilis; both tests will be negative.

i have read thru all the other posts on this subject gave me a lil more peace of mind. but im worried, i performed cunnilingus on massage parlor massuese, the only sex act performed. now i got a pain on da back of my mouth like underneath the right side of my tongue towards da back. really started hurting today 6 days after the encounter. it started with a sore throat, which started a two days after i did it. and i feel the glands under my right side under my jaw a little swollen. i didnt see any sores on her vagina and she appeared "very clean" noticed no smell either. i didnt have any sores in my mouth or lips or bleeding gums, i rinsed my mouth with listerine as soon as i could dat day. started taking amoxicillin today a friend of mines works at a pharmacy. made a doc appt for 2 weeks from now, im gonna stop by them sooner. i just had asked for a physical appointment. this is the first time i ever performed cunnilingus ;/ wish i didnt
thank you
i did insert my tongue in her, was only down on her no longer than 10 minutes probably less.
