Freaking out really bad! Please help >.<

So i recently had oral sex with a friend that i trust. he gets tested everyone month, and he has always come up negative.
I havent had any sex since i was last tested and everything came up negative. Basically we had oral sex teh day after christmas, and about 5  days after, i got kind of a super small sore on the corner of my mouth, it was gone the next day.
I also have 2 cold cores (they are normal for me though, i have had them since i was 5)
But i also looked on my lip today, and there was what looked like white bumps on my lip.
The guy hasnt had any sort of outbreak. I dont know if i am just over reacting, i do that A LOT, or if i really have something. I havent had any problems in my genitals or anything else, just the sore and this stuff on my lip. help?

whether a partner ejaculates or not is meaningless as far as std risk.

http://www.ashastd.org/std-sti-works/Herpes/oral-herpes.html  has terrific info on oral herpes for more reading.  It's well worth having antivirals on hand in the cold sore dose to start at the very first sign of a cold sore about to start to help them heal faster and/or avoid a full blown cold sore completely.

You know, i never thought of it that way.
To me they seem normal, because i really get them all the time! if i bite my lip, it will turn into a sore. Especially during the winter time before i get sick. So idk if it was just the timing of having the oral. He didnt ejaculate in my mouth or anything, and it lasted probably 5 minutes.
No i do not, i have always just used toothpaste.

I really have to question the sex practices of any one who has to get tested monthly for std's. If he truly is getting full std testing monthly then this means he isn't someone to trust to get naked with!!!  If he's telling you he gets tested monthly and he really doesn't and/or isn't getting proper testing done when he does, this wasn't safer sex either.  Just giving you some food for thought as they say - I try to teach posters not to be naive.  ALWAYS have protected sexual contact unless it's a long term partner in a monogamous relationship. not worth the risk or the worry!

you already have a history of hsv1 orally. these don't sound like your normal cold sores but it also doesn't sound like  anything std related going on. if it continues and just using a good lip moisturizer doesn't take care of things, follow up properly with your provider.  do you keep herpes antivirals on hand to start at the very first sign of a cold sore?
