Freaking out

Hello Doc,

I want to talk about a flat red 1cm diameter dot on the foreskin of my penis. It came I guess 7 months back one day after itching and pain on that dot area. After two three days the itching stopped and that flat dot emerged which looks somewhat like big mole on foreskin. I had unsafe oral sex with my gf who is 100% sexually non active as do I. This dot emerged after unsafe oral sex i guess. I was leading normal life and completely forgot about this but noticed numerous white papules around the same area of the foreskin where the dot is there from the last 7 months. I am freaking out as did lots of research about STDs online and relating to those. Please tell me what actually the dot is all about? Herpese, Syphillis or any other STDs and also about the white granulary papules.

Please do answer

You're probably just looking too closely and noticing normal skin appearance. For sure no STD, and of course you are at zero risk for STD, if your and your partner's sexual histories are accurate.

Yes it's true I have been looking too closely. I met a doctor and he also assured me that it's not an STD. I am very happy today. Thanks a lot for your reply as it means a lot to subside my worry.

Thanks a lot for your reply. It was pleasant to hear from you that it's nothing serious. But I want to ask something further more.

Since past few weeks i have been watching my penis carefully. Now what I am seeing is there is increase in number of moles on my penis shaft along with itching. These moles like things are not raised, just like normal skin moles. But they are growing in number. Now i guess 5 in number scattered only on the shaft skin. This increase is after 4-5 instances of unprotected oral sex with my gf who is never been with any guy. I haven't had vaginal or anal sex ever.

Please advice me further.

No STD is a likely cause of anything like this. If it persists or you remain concerned, see a doctor. But I'm sure it's nothing serious.
