Freaking out

About 5 night ago I was with a pro worker. Basically my concern is I had unprotected oral from her about no more than 2-3 minutes throughout the time i had with her. In between those oral times I had protected sex with her for about 35 minutes. I had changed condoms about 3 or 4 times throughout just to have a fresh new condom on each time. None broke but from what I have been told using new condoms throughout the session is fine. She had told me she was on her period and there was very small amounts of blood on only one or two of the condems. As i stated none broke though. I used a latex condom but were with n-9. I did finger her for maybe 10-20 seconds. It may be possible that I had a little blood on my finger although I know I had not cut sores anything on those fingers.  It all ended when I masturbated with the hand I fingered her with but never completing. Oh and I did kiss her for about 5 seconds. Since I have had no symptoms of anything just insanly worried and scared I may have caught something. I have read most of the archive but want a answer from my own experience

1. What are my risk from oral with this person for the few minutes it happened. (HIV & STD)?
2. Using Condoms thoughout and changing, is that ok, especially with n-9?
3.Fingering her am at risk with that, since tiny bit of blood may be on my finger, then I masturbated? Although I never touched the tip of my penis.
4.Small amounts of blood on condom even though it didnt break am I at huge risk if any.

P.S. Basically I had unprotected oral but protected vaginal sex, condom never came off or broke.

You had safe sex.  I'll go straight to your questions:

1) The HIV risk from oral is too low to worry about; although there have been claims of acquring HIV by receiving oral, to my knowledge there are no definitively proved cases.  (A commonly cited estimate is an average of 1 in 10,000.  That means that with a BJ a day by an HIV-infected partner, a person could expect to catch HIV after about 27 years.)  STD risks are higher, but too low to warrant routine testing; just wait and see if symptoms develop.

2) There are no data whether frequent condom changing modifies risk.  I see no reason why it makes any difference.  If anything, it might lower the risk because of reduced chance of slippage and breakage.  N-9 should be used, though.  It increases the risk of HIV/STD, not the other way around.  (But the amount of the increase is too little to change what I said above.)

3) Fingering is no risk, with or without blood.

4) Blood on the outside of the condom doesn't change anything.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

By the way The tiny bit of blood was not al over my finger maybe just a little on the finger nail, I never use that part anyway to masturbate.

One more thing doc. I am sure you read it but even though it was a pro sex worker does that change anything you said? As well as the masturbation part after i fingered her?

Even though I used a condom with N-9, am I ok since the condom never broke. I mean the condom is still latex and I assume it is just like a normal condom but wih n-9. I understand that it irritates the women but as long as it didnt break I should be ok right?

I was aware of sex worker exposure, and you were fully protected by condom even with N9.

One last question. I cannot stop freaking out Doc. I am constantly checking my penis for any symptoms 6 days later. My question is I saw a very tiny red spot underneath the ring of my penis on the right side. I think its from masturbating heavily latley and kinda rough. It doesnt itch and does not irritate me. I doesnt look like a bump either. Just a very very small red spot. With everything I have told you in my previous threads am I just worring way too much and over examining? My main concern is getting HIV from my encounter. And obviously dont want any STDs. So many say I am freaking out way to much but with the fact its a worker makes me extra nervous. My friends pharmacist even said I am worring to much, but your advise and comments help me the most. I feel like you give it straight.
