Frequent urination

I had unprotected sex two days ago and I am extremely worried that I may have contracted an STD.  On the second day following the encounter I have been urinating frequently.  It always feels like I need to urinate.  Although I have been masturbating way more often then usual.  I have no other symptoms besides urination.  Is it to soon to tell?  When I think about it I get a funny feeling in my stomach, am I just having anxiety attacks?

Its too soon to tell.  You can test for gonorrhea and chlamydia at a week post exposure.
