Funny pimples

A month ago, I traveled to Thailand and had protected sex with a CSW.  Recently, around a week ago, I noted some small scars on my groins (where the testicles rest) like the ones that come after a pimple/boil heals.  There were around seven on my right side and four on the left.  Later I found what looked like a boil forming on each side and it would heal in two days and leave a small scar.  They are painless and there is no discharge or noteworthy discomfort on my private parts.  There are no pimples on the penis.  I went for a general screening test at a men clinic and all the results were negative of anything, including blood count and urinalysis.  My cholesterol level was high through.  I didn't ask for std specific test.  Could these be heat rashes caused by lengthy sitting in a car or long flights or should i go for further tests?  If I am to go for further tests, which ones?

anti-vital cream though was much more entertaining...he he he

if this is a fungal infection, the medication you were given won't help. it's not unusual for it to make something look better for a few days and then get worse.    perhaps consider trying an otc jock itch cream to see if that works better?  otherwise see a dermatologist for a 2nd opinion.

Now now, after five days from my last visit, the pimples looked like they were spreading and it became itchy and painful.  Pain also on the scrotum and skin there looked inflamed but no rashes. I went back to the doctor (a different one but same clinic) and after examination, said that they look like an inflammation of allergic reaction and put me on an anti-vital cream Fucicort to be applied for five days.  After five days, I looked and felt ok.  Five days after that, the itching and pain returned with what looked like rashes but still on the groin area.  No discharge or pain when passing urine.

What do I do now?  What specialist would I have to see if necessary.

gp's are fine for these sorts of issues.

no reason to think any of this is std related.

Went to the dr. and he said that the pimples could b herpes but its unlikely since they are painless.  He again did a blood count and said the body doesn't seem to be reacting to any infection and said he doesn't even recommend any medication as the pimples seem to be healing.

Two days later, I develop two painless bumps on top of my tongue and the skin around my penis develop a slight burning sensation.  The last type I had such feeling, I had swam in over-chlorinated water and my skin itched a lot.

Is this all psychological or what do I do now?

since it was protected sex, herpes and hpv are you 2 biggest risks though they are pretty low for a one time protected encounter and your symptoms certainly don't sound like either of them.

follow up on your symptoms, you might even have a bacterial skin infection that needs dealt with properly.

Thanks Grace,

Just to be curious, what would be the most likely situation arising form the above symptoms.  What like would I ensure am tested for?

certainly you need to follow up on this more thoroughly. It doesn't sound like any of the testing you've had done so far was of much use at all :(

try to be seen when you have your symptoms for a proper evaluation.
