Genital Wart Reappear Or Another Disease?

last July 2010 i had my first genital warts. After the doctor performed electrocauterization on me, i had 5 outbreaks afterward, which the last one I think just happened 4 days ago. The first time I got genital warts were bad, they were so many and they were all like white dots, some flats and some raised (several on top of penis, several behind the penis, several on the scrotum even). The recurrences have been way milder though, i only had 2-3 genital warts every outbreak.

Now, 4 days ago i finally grew another one on the back of my scrotum. I dont know how could it grew there and this time the wart is also flat. I never had another flat wart ever since the first outbreak but now finally I have it again. This one look a bit different though, not sure how much different from the flat warts I got one year ago. I havent been going to doctor yet because the day that wart appeared unfortunately was the day i had to fly to europe. Now im still in europe and will only fly back home at 29 june. I will definitely go to doctor by 30 june but considering it's still 9 days left is killing me :(

Now to the question. The last time I had sex was 19 February, with a condom. 5 weeks and 5 days after that I got tested for both herpes and syphilis and they returned negative. Is it possible that this "uncommon" flat-looking wart is actually a herpes/syphilis considering it's been 4 months after my last sexual encounter?

Or you can confirm it's another outbreak of my genital wart? If it's indeed a wart, could it means I was infected by 2 different HPV strains (one of them caused me the raised wart and another one caused me the flat one)? So let's say at the moment the HPV strain that's causing flat wart is the one that being active while previously (in other recurrences) it was the another strain? Or maybe one same HPV strain can cause 2 different type of warts?

The vinegar test is wrong regarding HPV infections at least 1 in four times.  I would not rely upon it. EWH

yes doc, when i had the blood test the current lesion was not present. It appeared 5 days ago and apparently it's another wart (had just tested with applying vinegar for 30 mins there and it turned whiter than before).

at the same today earlier this morning i noticed i finally had another 5 small white dots (very similar to warts that i always had) so i can confirm it's another outbreak :(

Frustrating really

As I said before, it is nto clear to me whtehr or not you have had a blood test for syphilis while the lesion you are now concerned about was present.  If you did and the blood test was negative, you do not have syphilis.  If you have not, it is possible but not likely. EWH

and another addition, i know what i had wasnt syphilis but that wasnt my question. Considering what i have now behind my balls looks a bit different from my previous warts, could it be (what i have now) is syphilis? Is it possible for syphilis to appear 4 months after last sexual encounter? Remember i had blood test 40 days after that last sexual encounter. Again doc, im not talking about the previous warts. im talking about this single "unusual looking wart" that i have right now

Doc, i was going to dermatologist and I can confirm she considered it as HPV. I know it was a disease considering i had 5 recurrences afterward so impossible if it wasnt a disease. I am not sure either why my warts always jumped off and spread all over the place, it's kind of crazy but at least my dermatologist believe it was HPV and with electrocauterization it worked. Also, when i had my 2nd outbreak, she gave me aldara and it worked as well.

Welcome to the Forum.  There are several unusual elements to you post which I will mention.  First, the description of such widespread warts is a bit unusual. In addition, it sounds as though you examine yourself closely and what you identify as warts are not present one day and then appear the next or grow quickly (i.e. visibly) over just a few days. All of this is unusual for HPV infection.  Are you certain they are warts?  Is your doctor a dermatologist?   Obviously I cannot confirm as to whether or not this is a wart but there are a number of atypical characteristics to what you describe and I would suggest having a dermatologist take a look.  What you describe does not suggest herpes at all. Syphilis can rarely cause lesions that look like warts but if you had this form of syphilis you would almost certainly have a positive blood test- thus if you had a blood test for syphilis while you had lesions, you can be confident that your lesions are not syphilis.

Finally, the immune response to HPV varies from person to person but develops over time.  I predict that once you get this sorted out you will be free of warts (if that is what these are).  EWH

also doc, before you answer the question, please read this post..

I am curious to know what can I do to get the HPV-antibody everyone is talking about. I've been reading everywhere most people clear up HPV infection within 6-24 months time. It's been 12 months to me and I've had 6 outbreaks already...this is so frustrating. I know i should have my optimism considering it's still far from 2 years but still..
