Genital Warts?? Or just normal?

I found a few white hard painless bumps on the right side of my labia majora. There's other white bumps that appear on both sides of the labia majora but not as raised. Does this sound like warts? I showed my gyn and he said no, but I have doubts.

I had a specific test that tested for HPV low and high risk and they came out negative for both types.

Aren't pearly penile papules only on the penis?

I have the same thing on the right side and the left side of labia majora and so does a friend of mine. I'm almost certain they are nothing but Pearly Penile Papules. Just watch  them to make sure they don't change in size, if they do let your doctor know.
