Genital warts?

ok, so i had unprotected sex about 7 months ago, dumb i know. I realized my mistake, got tested, was clean and moved on. The girl was also tested and was clean. Then I had a one night stand about 3 1/2 months ago and had protected sex. Being the paranoid person i am, i asked the girl if she had been tested, she said she had been including a pap, and was negative on everything. I beleive her because i know she is not promiscuous. Then about 2 months ago i noticed a couple of small pinkish shiny flat "bumps" at the base of the underside of my penis, more towards the scrotum. They are about this size --> 0 They are not clustered together, but are in the same area. A couple more came in the general area, still not clustered like warts. Ive been to 2 doctors in the past month which were convinced they were nothing because they do not look anything like genital warts they have seen, and they said they would have grown larger in that amount of time. One doctor treated me with cryo for two of them simply to ease my mind, and he said they didnt react like warts would have, and they didnt even cheange from the therapy. But they have still not gone away and im going on the third month of having them. I know they are not molloscum or ingrown hairs. I am concerned a couple more are coming in. Any advice would be great, as i am losing my personallity and much sleep over this situation.

They should be able to biopsy something small - they biopsy small moles all the time.

Why not ask one of the docs to biopsy it?  That will give you an answer easily.
