Girlfriends Pos. Whats my risk

I have been with my girlfriend for 1.5 years. We have been sexually active the whole time. I always wear a condom. Due to last girlfriend had genital HSV 2. I have tested many times Neg. HSV2.
Talked to new girlfriend about herpes. And that I'm kinda obsessed with not getting it. So she went to her DR. numerous times and asked to be tested for all std's and herpes. Was given clean bill of health. I still always wore condom. this seemed to insult her. But I did not trust her Dr.  Anyway 1 fateful day condom broke. I decided to go without. But freaked. And dragged her with me to do a herpeselect. Well she came back Pos. for both HSV1 and 2. I'm still Neg. For HSV2. So again, I have potential exposed myself o HSV2. This last test clears me for the first year. But there's 30+ protected and 1 unprotected exposure. And the 1 unprotected was at the beginnning of her menstral cycle. And I think that most women shed at that time. I realize you can't tell me for sure if I was exposed. But looking for you opinion. I've had no recognizable outbreak. But feel alot of genital soreness. And sore and painful body aches. I thought I was going to get an outbreak when i had alot of tingling in the front of my right thigh for 1 day. Also there's alot of unknowns. we don't know when or where she sheds or any outbreak history.
Can you give us any info or advice about my risk
