Go for a second test?

A couple of months ago, I had intercourse with my partner and the condom broke. He put on another one within the minute we noticed it was broken. I did STD testing 3 weeks later and came out clean. Seeing that the test came out clean and believing we were both alright, we made the conscious decision to be monogomous and we had sex without a condom (but used birth control) for the first time a couple days ago.

However, now I feel anxious about my decision.

Should I go for a second test, and if so, how soon? should I wait until next week or when symptoms show, or can i go earlier? I also want to tell him about my worries without him feeling like I don't trust him or just wishy-washy about things.

What tests did u test for after 3 weeks?

everything, plus HIV/AIDS. But I read that it might not show up until some time later. so I'm worried that i made a hasty decision without thoroughly checking. i feel a real fool right now. additionally, i had the hpv shot some time back.

Well after 3 weeks Syphilis, HIV and herpes will not be conclusive. Syphilis is rare, without an outbreak herpes is probably low and HIV while possible still is not very common.
Testing times are HIV-3 months. syphilis is 6 weeks and herpes is 4 months.
