Gonnoreah and Chlamidya

Hi, Ive just recently been diagnosed as having both of the above in my throat..Can anyone tell me what would happen if it went unoticed... and can you pass it through kissing, or maybe an open wound in your mouth?

How did you get tested for this?  I've never heard of anyone having a chlamydia infection in their throat.  Gonorrhea is possible but not very common.  What prompted you to get tested and how did they test you for this?
