Gonorreah

ok, Ive got Gonorreah almost 1 month ago and I didnt know about it I just thought its a normal infection and I went and ask a drugstore to give me a capsule for it. He gave me Cipro 750 and I took all of it but I was using alcohol everyday! Then I realized that its not finished. I have little Anus issues and gentile problems too a lil bit backache and my testicles had a lil bit pain too. Then I found out from Internet that I have Gonorreah and I went and ask a drugstore to give me medicine for that. Ceftriaxone 1G IM twice I had plus Doxycycline 100. These capsules will finish tomorrow but Im not well enough I know it because the white stuff from my penis is gone but I still have these black stuff on it and same as my anus a lil bit. What should I dot? Plz give a good solution because I really dont know what to do.
