Gonorrhea?

Recently had anal sex with a girl. A few days later started to have a tingly feeling sensation at the tip of my penis, end of urethra. And every now and then get a feeling that I have to pee. Gonorrhea? No other symptoms present.

Conceivably an STD but probably not. Urethral discomfort tingling could indicate a urethral infection, but usually abnormal discharge is the main. Gonorrhea in particular is very unlikely without obvious discharge. Bladder symptoms like urinary urge is generally not an STD symptom in men. However, chlamydia is possible in this situation.

And Vance is correct that anal sex can result in urethral infection with normal fecal bacteria. Uncommon but possible.

You should see a doctor or clinic for examination and testing. Most likely nothing will show up, but better safe than sorry.
