Gonorrhea/NGU?

I am a 20 year old male. Just under a week ago (5/31), I had a sexual encounter with one of my female friends. I was the recipient of unprotected fellatio 2 times over the course of about 2-3 hours. The first was about a minute, the second was over 2 minutes, couldn't be more than 3. I urinated right after the act and left. The thing is, I know she's had unprotected oral sex with at least 2 other males within the last few weeks.

I started to develop a bit of anxiety over it, so yesterday I started paying attention to my penis. Examining it frequently and such. This morning, after waking up a couple of times, I noticed that there was a clear discharge coming from the tip of my penis. It APPEARED to be clear, odorless, with a sort of thin and sticky consistency. Could this be an std? Aside from that, I have had no urethral itching, discomfort, or pain/burning while urinating. There has been a noticeable increase in the frequency of my urination, but I'm almost positive that this is do to the anxiety I have over it.

I have made an appointment to get checked, but that is not for another 5 days. The reason for my paranoia is that I have a pregnant girlfriend that is difficult to avoid having sex with. I do not want to give it to her and risk giving it to my child as I could not forgive myself.

1. Could this be gonorrhea/ngu?
2. Is a clear discharge like that normal for men?
3. Am I over thinking the situation and over analyzing my penis?

Update:

I went to my local clinic yesterday, I gave a urine sample and am awaiting the results. I talked with the doctor and she gave me 1g of zithromax for chlamydia (which I doubt I could have got).

This morning right after urinating  I had this sudden urge to urinate again, this feeling could be further induced by flexing my pc muscle. About an hour after that happened there was slight urine drip coming out. This is the only time that has happened.

anyway, earlier I noticed this pink bump on the shaft of my penis. It was a little scaly and is a firm line-ish shaped bump. if held to the light it is very white underneath while the skin over it is pink. There is also another pink bump about an inch away from it, although this one is about the size of a pinhead if that. These are under the skin of my penis and move along with the skin. I have been SLIGHTLY itchier than normal, but barely noteworthy.

I am not aware of my hsv status before this incident, although I do recall getting a blister or two under my lip in my early to mid-teens. When should I go see a doctor? Do I wait to see if these develop into full fledged blisters? would blisters be as firm as I describe? Sorry for all the questions. I'm just scared out of my mind and want this to be over with already.

since you have a regular partner who is pregnant, follow up a week post encounter for urine testing for chlamydia , gonorrhea and ngu just to be sure.  should you develop any obvious genital rashes, be seen promptly for exam.

I'm aware it's low risk, I'm sure I'm not infected with anything. But it's difficult not to focus on the what if's, you know? Thank you though. Not changing my choice to go get checked out.

Hi and welcome. Unprotected oral sex is low risk for contracting but low does not mean no risk. Since you have a pregnant wife, to illiminate the low risk factor, if it were me, i would avoid sex till you know for sure. As to your symptoms, you wont know till you have been checked out. I personally believe your just anxious but better safe than sorry. If you had used protection, your post would not have been necessary. All of this is based on low risk and making sure you dont get your wife involved with the low risk factor. If you were single with no loved ones involved, most experts were say no testing till there are symptoms.

quick addendum:

I have had this symptom before. A week or maybe more after having unprotected sex about 6-7 months ago. I went and got tested and they came back negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

I have had both gonorrhea and chlamydia before. Gonorrhea gave me a mucus-like discharge and burning while urination, while chlamydia gave me just painful urination.

Is it possible to have symptoms when caught once, and asymptomatic/have different symptoms when caught again?
