Gonorrhea Transmission

Hi All.

I have been diagnosed and treated for both oral and rectal gonorrhea althogh urethral swabs proved negative. Would my gonorrhea have been present in my semen and body fluid if it was confined to rectal and oral infections?

You were not diagnosed if your tests were negative.
