Gonorrhea of the throat

I recently performed unprotected oral sex, and about four days later I had an extremely painful sore throat which eventually turned into a tonsil infection. It's been a week now and the tonsil infection has subsided, but I now feel pain in the back of my sinuses (on top of the back of my throat.) I was wondering if it is possible for gonorrhea to infect one's sinuses?

No it is not possible. Getting oral gonorrhea is rare and most of the time shows no symptoms and what you have going on is not realted.
