Gonorrhea or Chlamydia

Hey all. About a month ago slept with this girl with no condom, it was only for about 5-8 minutes cause i started to realize it was stupid with no condom. 2 weeks went by nothin wrong, then i met the same girl at this party, we ended up having sex again this time with a condom (also she said she was still on her period barely, about to be off). Well low and behold after all of it, i pull out, and the condom has completely broken. So anyway about 2 weeks later, i noticed by urine almost always a dark yellow, then it started to burn and my penis(urethra) itched. Then that thursday i woke up and saw a clear barely white discharge so i immedietly went to the doctor later that night after work. They took a urine sample, no physical exam, and assuming i had them, just treated me for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas. 1 shot of rochepin, 1000 mg of azithromycin, 2500 mg metronidazole. Well my questions are, its now been 4 days and symptoms aren't gone, ive had diarrhea since friday night, and now i have a rash on my anus. Does any of this sound like STDs, also im not gay so i have no idea whats up with the rash, and i'm pretty sure im having diarrhea from the antibiotics. Also i still havent gotten my test results back. I'm just freaking out about all this, i've already paid them $250 for everything so far, and i feel even worse! Anyone? Please?

It can take up to 2 weeks for any infection to clear. The rash and diarrhea are not related to any STD.
If the discharge and burn does not improve by the middle to end of the 2nd week follow up with your Dr.
